I've been coveting American Flag denim shorts and I could not find any online, so I decided to make my own! DIY jean shorts are a great way to recycle old denim and bring it back to life. I ordered American Flag fabric online for $5 and cut it out over the back pocket of my jean shorts. All I have left to do is hand sew the fabric pieces and voila! Instant summer shorts for the 4th!
