Thirsty Thirsday: Saki Ginger Pear
What You Need
Pears
2 oz Saki
1 oz Gin
1 teaspoon Cherry Bitters
Simple Syrup
How to Make it
1. Grill pear until caramelized.
2. Puree and muddle with simple syrup.
3. Add ice, cherry bitters, gin and saki to glass.
4. Top off with club soda.
