Thirsty Thanksgiving Libations

When you're serving Thanksgiving dinner, it is important to pair certain libations with specific foods. Before your meal, start with a Prosecco or a Rosé. During your main course, if you enjoy red wine a Pinot Noir pairs nicely with turkey. If you prefer a white wine, pair your main course with a light Sauvignon Blanc. It's crisp taste doesn't overwhelm your palette during the main course. For your digestif, finish off with a delicious dessert drink. A Pumpkin-tini is the perfect flavor to compliment a Thanksgiving meal. 
 Pumpkin-tini Recipe
What you need
1 Graham cracker crushed into fine crumbs
3 Tablespoons pumpkin pie filling
3 Tablespoons Rum
1 Tablespoon Maple Liqeur
1 Tablespoon half-and-half 

How to Make it
1. Pour the graham cracker onto a small shallow plate. 
2. Moisten the rip of 1 chilled martini glass and dip the moistened glass into the graham cracker; set aside.
3. Pour the pumpkin pie filling, rum, maple liqueur, and half-and-half into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted.
4. Strain into the prepared glass. Enjoy!
