Thirsty Thursday: Bellini Semplici "Simple Bellini"

This delicious italian cocktail can be made for any occasion. Being of Italian heritage, this is one of my favorite drinks to have with family and friends. A bellini is meant to be very simple, when too many other elements are added, it loses its fresh taste. 

What you need

4 oz of Champagne or Prosecco (my personal favorite) 

2 oz of peach purée

Make it

1. Cut up one large peach and purée it in a blender.

2. Pour 2 oz of peach purée into a champagne flute

3. Slowly add champagne or prosecco
